Underestimated by Jettie Woodruff

Warning! This is not your everyday fall in love romance. This book contains disturbing situations, strong language, graphic, sexual content, some forced, some not. If it’s your happily ever after love story that you are looking for, you should probably move on. If you are up for the ride, stick around and it may just turn into a love story after all.
This book could have easily been broken into two parts, however, I decided to make it one so that when you finish the book, you are finished with the book.

Morgan starts her life in hell, she doesn’t really know what she wants out of life. She’s never had anyone to look up to, or help guide her in the right direction. She had it rough, and never dreamed that it could get worse, however she finds that it can, and does.
She learns what real hell is when she meets the husband that she doesn’t want to marry, but nobody gives her a choice. Can she escape? She can, and does only to wake up and find herself back in the hands of the man she ran from.

Review by Venture Cecena for I Feel the Need, the Need to Read:

What would you do if your father sold you to a man who wanted to turn you into the “perfect” wife?  Just because he got you from a small town in the middle of nowhere, you had no money and on the day you turned 18 doesn’t mean you didn’t have a brain.  The hell that was your life goes from bad to worse.  Morgan started life rough with a drunk for a father and a mother that slept around then leaves her family. Morgan grows up in her marriage that is hell but she also grows strong and runs away. She runs away to a new life.  She needs to find her path and her destiny. She needs to decide what is her future and what is her past. When everything you know is turned upside down and twisted all around….then and only then the truth and what Morgan wants will be decided.  Even if she has to go through hell again to decide.

This book is probably the most amazing book I have read in a very long time.  It doesn’t need supernatural or science fiction to tell it’s story.  The story keeps you on the edge of your seat and always guessing.  I sat down and read this book and once I started to read, I couldn’t put it down. I went without sleep to finish reading it.  Morgan’s story you might think is as old as time but you’re wrong.  Morgan finds herself wrong.  I didn’t always agree with Morgan’s decisions but I was compelled to keep reading. I think you might be just as surprised as I am how the book ends.  Even if you don’t agree with her decisions and those around her you won’t be the same after reading this story.
